This Sun City, N/E facing apartment on the 37th Floor is the place to be. You will love the 270 degree views of the ocean, hinterlandand & river. Soak in the warmth of the sun and relax with the gentle ocean breezes. This apartment is suitable for families with children and has a large master bedroom with King bed, and a 2nd large bedroom with 1 Queen Bed and 1 King Single bed. Each has their own balcony and ensuite. There is a third ensuited bedroom which contains 2 King single beds which may also be converted into a King bed. All bedrooms have large flatscreen televisions. The whole apartment has been recently renovated to a very high standard. There is ducted airconditioning/heating throughout. This is a non-smoking unit.

Summary: Stylish stay with breathtaking views – and kid-friendly too!Absolutely loved our time at this Level 37 sub penthouse. The views were stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. The apartment was modern, super clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had our toddler with us, and it was surprisingly kid-friendly for a high-rise—plenty of space to play, safe layout, and easy access. Great location close to shops, cafes, and the beach. Would definitely stay again!
